Nightmark turns the sleep data your Apple Watch already collects into a morning summary: sleep-stage breakdowns, heart rate and HRV trends, and vitals analysed against your own baseline.
In the evening it switches to bedtime recommendations tuned to your patterns. Everything runs on your iPhone, so your health data never leaves the device.

Sleep stage analysis
Deep, REM, Core, and Awake breakdowns from your Apple Watch, so you see what is improving and what needs attention.
Health vitals
Heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and wrist temperature, each correlated with sleep quality.
Smart evening mode
After 6 PM, Nightmark switches to evening mode with bedtime recommendations based on your patterns, goals, and recent trends.
Insight engine
Learns your patterns over 14 days, then shows trend changes, consistency streaks, and workout-sleep correlations.
Jet lag recovery
When you travel across time zones, Nightmark detects the change and gives recovery guidance to help you adjust faster.
